We built DentaCall because the leak is bigger than anyone says.
DentaCall was built after watching the same pattern play out in practice after practice: tens of thousands of pounds spent on marketing to make the phone ring, then a quarter of those calls ringing out into nothing because reception is — quite reasonably — already with a patient.
The dental industry has plenty of generic CRMs, generic call recorders and generic marketing dashboards. None of them were designed for the specific reality of a UK front desk: a single line, two team members, twelve things happening at once, and a new-patient enquiry worth £400 on the cheap end and £3,500 on the high end.
We built DentaCall to do one thing brilliantly: make sure no enquiry that managed to pick up the phone and dial your number ever falls through the cracks. Everything else — the reviews, the reactivations, the dashboards — flows out of taking the front desk seriously as a revenue surface.
