Terms of Service

1. The service

DentaCall provides missed-call recovery, follow-up automation and CRM software to UK dental practices on a monthly subscription. These terms govern your use of the service.

2. Fees and cancellation

Subscription is £397 per month, exclusive of VAT, billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum contract. You may cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date.

3. The DentaCall Guarantee

If DentaCall does not generate booked appointments worth more than your first month's fee within the first 30 days, we will refund your first month in full on written request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with UK GDPR, PECR and the GDC's professional standards. Sending unsolicited marketing SMS through DentaCall is not permitted.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
